My cuisine and pastry are born from a simple and authentic story: the legacy of the women in my family. The hands of my mother, my grandmothers, and even my great-grandmother shaped the way I see food, which is not just as a dish, but as an emotional heritage.

 

Every recipe I bring at your table carries a piece of that history. It’s Italian soul food: flavors that feel like home, that speak of roots and connection. Dishes that resonate, that welcome, that tell a story made of tradition, warmth, and genuine care.

Formulas

Every formula option includes: a bread basket with homemade focaccia and fresh grissini, a bottle of italian wine of choice every 4 people and hot moka pot coffee, served with my great-grandma’s special cookies.

À la carte menu

Choose as many courses as you wish, just like if you were at the restaurant but with the coziness of your home (min. 2 courses p.p.).

Aperitivo

Enjoy a buffet of italian cured meats and cheeses, followed by one or more courses of your choice (min. 1 course p.p.) - includes one extra aperitivo drink of choice.

Live cooking shows

Watch and learn front row all my nonna’s secret to create the perfect pasta dish from scratch - just fresh ingredients and a lot of love. Followed by one or more courses of choice.

Dessert buffet

The perfect formula to give the sweetest touch to your parties and celebrations - tailored variety of monoportions alongside one included extra drink p.p..
